Getting to great. Performance coaching is a type of goal oriented solution focused therapy. At Mindworx Psychology, we offer a range of workshops, coaching and tailored training programs for individuals, small teams and large groups. We work with top athletes and executives, and provide a range of coaching services designed to enhance your life.

Our programs and workshops use proven techniques in performance psychology, sports coaching, and business management.

People are not born as a high performer, nor as an average performer or an under performer. The attributes of high performance are largely a result of learned behaviours. We just need to know what these behaviours are in order to unlock our performance potential.

Our individual programs and workshops are designed to leave you with the practical skills to think more positively, build healthy relationships, manage information overload, effectively balance work and life, balance stress with recovery, and discover inner calm. 


We work extensively in the treatment of anxiety for children and adults, providing treatment and counselling for a range of concerns including social anxiety, fear of public speaking, excessive worry, performance anxiety, panic attacks, obsessions and compulsions, phobias, health anxiety, work anxiety, and generalised anxiety.

Trauma/EMDR Therapy

Any situation that leaves you feeling overwhelmed can be traumatic, even if it doesn’t involve physical harm. We work with trauma memories using the latest gold standard approaches, including EMDR therapy.


Managing stressful life events such as changes in life circumstances, examination stress, HSC, family responsibilities, isolation, career direction, retrenchment, relocation, divorce and separation, childbirth, ageing, and loss.
