Meet Dr Carol Newall

Dr Carol Newall is passionate about the successful treatment of anxiety disorders and oppositional defiant disorder.  Carol is a lecturer in early childhood at Macquarie University, and is highly regarded in the field for her research into child development, anxiety disorders and parenting.

While she specialises in working with children and families, Carol also has a strong background in adult depression and anxiety and enjoys working with clients across the lifespan.

Carol has presented her research at international conferences and publishes in prestigious peer-reviewed clinical journals.

Dedicated, warm, and knowledgeable, Carol brings her own experiences as a mother to the therapy room. In combination with her research knowledge of both child development and clinical psychology and her passion for behavioural change, Carol brings a wide base of practice for her clients.

Carol sees clients by appointment on Thursdays at Mindworx Psychology.
