Her work includes the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety and panic, low mood, stress, adjustment difficulties, emotion regulation, grief and loss, binge-eating and weight management, relationship concerns and trauma.
Kristina has specific interest and experience in treating anxiety disorders, including panic disorder, health anxiety, death anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and phobias. Her training in EMDR makes her a sought after practitioner for the treatment of PTSD and trauma, and Kristina enjoys bringing EMDR into her work with clients to enhance other therapeutic modalities.
She is also able to provide psychometric testing services such as the WISC or WIAT for children who may need a psychometric report or intelligence testing for school.
