Natasha is warm, friendly and compassionate in her practice, and always strives to create a safe and supportive therapy environment for her clients. Whilst employing evidence-based modalities, she also aims to be creative and flexible in her approach to treatment.
Natasha has delivered psychological interventions across both private and public health settings, and has a broad range of experience providing psychological services to individuals of all ages.
Natasha is especially passionate about early detection and intervention, and thus, is strongly interested in working with younger populations, including children, adolescents, and their families. Natasha is specifically trained in manualised treatment for behavioural and emotional difficulties in young children, such as oppositionality, non-compliance, and emotional outbursts. She is also very passionate about working with young individuals with anxiety presentations.

Natasha’s treatment approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Parent Management Training (PMT), and Mindfulness-Based skills. She also draws upon elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Natasha is an associate member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and is registered with Medicare.
