In her work with couples, Olivia helps both partners identify the negative patterns they may get stuck in which can lead to distance, isolation, and loneliness in relationships. She identifies triggers and strategies for powerful emotions such as anger, sadness, and fear. Crucial to her work is her ability to create a safe atmosphere in which both partners can express their struggle, and reach the core issues that are at the root of conflict. One of Olivia’s strengths is her ability to support couples to build a secure, safe, and responsive emotional connection.
