Yasmin is a highly regarded registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, with a passion for supporting children, teens, young adults and their families.
Working together with her clients, Yasmin’s approach is collaborative, allowing her to select the best suited therapeutic intervention based on the scientific evidence and the individual needs of her clients. Her engaging approach draws on behaviour management techniques and evidence-based psychological interventions.
She has a strong interest in ABA behavioural management strategies for families, and extensive clinical training in a number of gold standard therapeutic approaches, many of which can be tailored for problems – including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
Yasmin has extensive experience in working with Anxiety, Depression, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Disruptive, Impulse-Control & Conduct Disorders, Somatic Symptom Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, Physical Disability, and Neurocognitive Disorders. She enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary teams including paediatricians, speech therapists, occupational therapists, schools, GPs and teachers.
Passionate about educating families about their loved one’s diagnoses, and instilling a sense of motivation and hopefulness back into their lives, Yasmin enjoys building effective therapeutic relationships to help identify client’s strengths, and help them overcome hurdles to reach their goals.
In addition to treatment, Yasmin provides a range of Psychometric Assessments for diagnosis and identification of a wide range of problem areas. Such assessments include the WISC, WIAT and WPPSI, and can be used for intelligence testing, academic testing, and for diagnostic assistance in ADHD or learning difficulties. She has a strong interest in psychometric testing and diagnosis of learning difficulties and ADHD.

Yasmin sees clients by appointment Monday – Friday, including after school hours.
Yasmin sees clients by appointment via telehealth and (at her discretion during the pandemic), face to face as an essential service at the Practice in Baulkham Hills, NSW.
Yasmin has completed the Australian Governments Covid-19 infection control training and employs strict hygiene and physical distancing measures for face-to-face work.
