Anxiety - Social Anxiety, Fears, Panic Attachs, OCD, Phobias...

We work extensively in the treatment of anxiety for children and adults, providing treatment and counselling for a range of concerns including social anxiety, fear of public speaking, excessive worry, performance anxiety, panic attacks, obsessions and compulsions, phobias, health anxiety, work anxiety, and generalised anxiety.

Any situation that leaves you feeling overwhelmed can be traumatic, even if it doesn’t involve physical harm. We work with trauma memories using the latest gold standard approaches, including EMDR therapy.

Managing stressful life events such as changes in life circumstances, examination stress, HSC, family responsibilities, isolation, career direction, retrenchment, relocation, divorce and separation, childbirth, ageing, and loss.

ADHD doesn’t just affect children. We offer individual treatment programs and assessment for adults, as well as children with difficulties with attention, focus and impulse control.

Therapy and counselling to help build personal, social, or professional confidence, including issues of self-worth, capability & competence, achievement, meaning, and belonging.

Sleep difficulties, including insomnia, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, early morning awakening, broken sleep, or un-refreshing sleep.

Counselling and executive coaching for workplace issues such as work stress, assertiveness at work, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills, performance enhancement, time management, procrastination, managing workloads, retrenchment, unemployment, career instability, workplace bullying, career change, and burnout.

Treatment for eating disorders including binge eating disorders, bingeing and purging, yo-yo dieting, feeling out of control of eating, emotional eating, excessive concern with weight, size and shape, and body image dissatisfaction.

    Medicare Rebates are available if you have a valid referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.

    Your Private Health Fund may offer cover for Psychology Services – you can check this directly with your fund.
