Are you passionate about your work as a Psychologist? Whether just starting out as a Clinical Psychology Registrar, or Registered Psychologist, or already established as a Clinical Psychologist, our Private Practice offers a range of opportunities and options for employment or contractor work.
I’m looking for work as a Psychologist in a Private Practice that is supportive, innovative and well established, to allow me to focus on my clinical work without worrying about administration.
Our team are located in Baulkham Hills in Northwest Sydney. We offer a range of employed and contract Psychologist positions that are flexible and tailored to both early career and established Psychologists. We understand that just like our clients, no two of our team are alike, and that their needs can change.
We are open from 8am – 8pm, and by appointment on weekends. If you are an early bird, you may like our early opening hours, or if you are a night owl, you may prefer to see clients early evening. Juggling children, caring responsibilities or other commitments? We know life gets busy – our flexible workplace is designed to meet the needs of our diverse team.
The one thing our team share is enjoying a walk in-walk out environment. The focus is clinical work, case and peer consultation, growth and career satisfaction – everything else is taken care of by the reception team, support staff, managers and Director.

As a generalist practice we won’t dictate your niche – come find it with us! Our team love working with a range of client presentations to keep us fresh and up to date with clinical practice. We work with adults, young adults, adolescents and children presenting with a wide range of problems. We have range of special interest areas in the team, that includes neurodiversity, ADHD, trauma, anxiety and grief.
That said, we each tend to work across a range of presentations, and often have a therapy niche, depending on training. Our team can include Psychologists who are also Schema Therapists, EMDR therapists, ACT, DBT or CBT therapists, or who offer Clinical Hypnosis.
We are a diverse group, and committed to excellence in what we do, as well as ensuring our team are safeguarded from burnout and compassion fatigue. Our Director is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology who has a corporate and business background, and a wealth of experience as a Holistic Therapist prior to becoming a Clinical Psychologist. Due to continued growth and demand, we currently have full time and part time opportunities for:

- Provisionally Registered Psychologists with strong skills and good experience are encouraged to apply
- Assessment and Testing Service Providers: love testing and report writing? We have full test kits on site for Autism, ADHD, Cognitive and Academic testing, with strong demand for services.
We are currently offering roles for:
- Staff Psychologists (salaried roles, 2 day minimum – full time)
- Contracted Psychologists – assessment services
- Contracted Psychologists – Psychological Treatment Services – from 3 sessions/week
- Clinical Registrar program – new intake
What you need to apply to work with us:
- Must be registered with AHPRA
- Clinical endorsement is an advantage, but your attitude, ability and skill set is more important to us, our first Clinical Registrars have completed with us, we have others training, and we love their passion and energy
- Experience and confidence to work independently across an agreed range of presenting issues
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- Eligible for registration with Medicare

Medicare Rebates are available if you have a valid referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.
Your Private Health Fund may offer cover for Psychology Services – you can check this directly with your fund.
