Coaching Psychology is for those who do not need clinical psychological therapy.

Our main focus is the mental aspects of performance itself. This can range from skills to handle emotions, to pre-competition preparation, decision making, motivation, confidence, nerves, concentration, performing under pressure, team cohesion or public speaking.

The skills we use to help elite athletes work equally well for executives, performing artists, dancers, musicians and even those whose performance issue is their parenting.

However, if it turns out that that anxiety, low mood or a mental health issue contributes to your issues, we won’t need to refer you on – we are specialists in mental health.

As Clinical Psychologists who are also trained in performance coaching, our services are frequently rebatable from medicare and health funds, depending on your presenting issues.
