Brooke Koboroff, Head of Clinical Services and Senior Clinical Psychologist

Brooke Koboroff is a Senior Clinical Psychologist, Head of Clinical Services, EMDR therapist and Board-Approved Supervisor who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families across the lifespan. In her leadership role, she provides clinical governance and supervision and supports best-practice, ethical, and neuro-affirming care.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys podcasts, reading, good coffee, and spending time by the water.

Brooke has extensive experience across public mental health services, including perinatal and infant mental health and child and adolescent mental health teams, as well as non-government organizations and private practices.
Brooke is able to help with;

Brooke takes a neuro-affirming, compassionate, and client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to the individual needs of each client. Her work is grounded in trauma- and attachment-informed practice, and she is trained in;

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Parent–Infant Psychotherapy
  • Circle of Security Parenting
  • Psychodynamic informed therapy

  • Relational approaches including, Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) and the Marte Meo method.

Brooke is particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults, and supporting individuals with lived experiences of trauma, including complex trauma presentations.

With a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, she strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Brooke sees clients by appointment only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Brooke is also available for clinical supervision as a secondary supervisor to Clinical Psychology registrars, and for supervision of early and mid career psychologists, offering both single-session and ongoing supervision to support reflective practice, skill development, and professional development.

You do not need a GP referral to book an appointment at Mindworx Psychology.

Medicare Rebates are available if you have a valid referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.

Your Private Health Fund may offer cover for Psychology Services – you can check this directly with your fund.
