Cameron is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who seeks to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients built on a foundation of respect and trust. Recognising that every client’s story is unique, Cameron utilises a curious approach and takes time to understand clients’ individual goals and concerns. He is committed to creating a warm, safe, nonjudgemental space for all clients, and values clients’ authenticity and autonomy.

Cameron enjoys working with people across the lifespan with a range of mental health concerns. Previously, Cameron has worked with adolescents experiencing substance use difficulties using a harm reduction approach. He has experience providing individual and group therapy to adults with ADHD. He has also worked in a hospital setting, providing therapy to adults with chronic pain, chronic health conditions, and adults adjusting to surgery or an injury. In addition, Cameron is passionate about working with individuals experiencing grief, loss, or difficulties with adjusting to big life changes. He also enjoys working with clients experiencing anxiety and phobias, as well as working with neurodiverse and LGBTIQA+ clients.

Cameron uses evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual clients and provides both cognitive assessments and counselling. He works with children, adolescents, and adults, helping with:

  • Adjustment difficulties
  • Grief and loss
  • Anxiety and phobias
  • Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • Body-focused repetitive behaviours
  • Substance use difficulties
  • Depression
  • Emotion regulation difficulties
  • Trauma
  • Chronic pain
  • Interpersonal relationships
  • Neurodiversity, such as ADHD and autism
  • Identity and self-esteem
  • Cognitive assessments and reports

Cameron works alongside clients to explore their unique strengths, drawing attention to their capacity as individuals to face challenges, achieve their goals, and create a life that feels meaningful to them.

Cameron sees clients by appointment, Monday – Friday.

Medicare Rebates are available if you have a valid referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.

Your Private Health Fund may offer cover for Psychology Services – you can check this directly with your fund.
