Kashish is a warm, compassionate Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of emotional, behavioural and developmental concerns.

Kashish understands that starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or overwhelming. Her approach is calm, respectful and non-judgemental, with a focus on creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She brings cultural sensitivity and flexibility to her work and takes time to understand each person’s individual experiences, strengths and goals.

Kashish provides children, adolescents and adults with a supportive space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings. Her approach is collaborative and practical. Kashish supports clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, develop helpful coping and emotional regulation skills, and work towards meaningful changes in their everyday lives.

Kashish is especially passionate about supporting people with behavioural challenges, school-related stress, relationship challenges, anger, and adjustment difficulties. She is experienced in supporting people with a wide range of concerns including individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, Autism.

Her therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Medicare Rebates are available if you have a valid referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.
