Kelly Kinsella, Clinical Psychology Registrar
Kelly is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who is committed to creating an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect, non-judgment, and collaboration to meet each client’s unique needs. She is passionate about working with adolescents and adults, especially those navigating grief, loss, health challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Kelly enjoys working with children to assess and address learning difficulties, ADHD, or behavioural concerns. She provides cognitive and academic assessments and works closely with families to ensure children receive the tailored support they need to thrive.
Her experience includes working in developmental settings with children facing behavioral struggles, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has also worked in hospital environments, supporting adolescents and adults undergoing cancer treatment, providing emotional support and coping strategies during difficult times.
Kelly is approachable, empathetic, and solution-focused. She believes that every client has their own story, strengths, and unique needs. She considers it a privilege to create a safe environment where clients feel empowered to openly share their fears, loves, and hopes. Working collaboratively, Kelly tailors skills and strategies to meet each client’s goals, ensuring therapy is personalised and impactful.
She is deeply committed to delivering evidence-based, up-to-date treatment that is specific to each client’s circumstances and goals. Kelly approaches every session with warmth, compassion, and a focus on helping her clients achieve meaningful progress.
