Zehra is a warm, compassionate Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of emotional and behavioural concerns. She brings cultural sensitivity, flexibility, and genuine care to her work. Zehra offers therapy in English and Urdu/Hindi and welcomes clients from diverse backgrounds.

She is passionate about creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where clients feel comfortable to share openly. Zehra believes therapy works best when it is collaborative and client-led. She takes time to understand each person’s story, strengths, and goals, and supports them to build practical skills that create meaningful and lasting change.

Zehra provides children, adolescents and adults with a supportive space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings. Her style is calm, grounded, and collaborative. She focuses on helping clients feel more in control of their emotions, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Zehra is especially passionate about supporting people with behavioural challenges, school-related stress, trauma, relationship challenges, anger, and adjustment difficulties. She is experienced in supporting people with a wide range of concerns including individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, ADHD, Autism.

Her therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Brief Solution-Focused Therapy

Outside of work, Zehra enjoys spending time with family and friends and relaxing with her favourite TV shows and movies.

Medicare Rebates are available if you have a valid referral from a GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.

Your Private Health Fund may offer cover for Psychology Services – you can check this directly with your fund.
