As a Registered Psychologist, Khalil has extensive experience in the corporate sector, spanning over a decade. After embarking on psychology studies in Australia, he successfully completed his training here. Khalil considers himself fortunate to have gained a wealth of life experience by working and living alongside individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, varying socio-economic statuses, and different age groups.
With a broad scope of practice, Khalil addresses a wide range of presenting issues. These include mood disorders, autism, ADHD, relationship challenges, workplace stress and work relationships, as well as life stressors such as health or medical conditions, unemployment, grief, and divorce. Khalil is equipped to work with individuals across the lifespan, offering support to children, teenagers, and adults.
In his approach, Khalil draws upon well-researched theories and remains informed by the latest publications in the field of psychology. He finds fulfillment in both conducting psychological assessments and providing therapeutic interventions, including workcover services.
Delivering effective psychological treatments for mental health disorders is his genuine passion. Khalil firmly believes in the intrinsic value of every individual, and this belief serves as the cornerstone of his practice.
