Mindfulness Group Information

Commitment: 4-week course, one hour per week
Time choices: 10.00 am or 5.30 pm
Starts: Wednesday 24th October for 4 weeks
Cost: $149 per person (Private Health Fund and Medicare rebates may apply*)
Suitable for: Adults. Older adolescents considered on request.

*Medicare rebates apply. In any calendar year, if you have a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan, you can claim 10 individual and 10 group psychology rebates. Please ask your GP for a Better Access Referral to the group. The Medicare rebate entitlement is $21.65 per session attended.
